⚡️My 6 week programme - Starts May 8th⚡️

Includes:

🔅2 x 1 hr sessions a week 

🔅Meal Plans

🔅Recipes

🔅Support & Accountability all in a Dedicated Facebook Group

 

🔹Up to 3 People per session - so it’s very personal – Monday - Thursday @ 5:30pm  

 

🔹2 sessions a week with a mix of cardio workouts, bodyweight exercises, resistance training, core exercises and lots of chat!!! 🏃🏻‍♀️🏋🏻‍♀️🤸🏼‍♀️

 

🔹All equipment provided inc : Kettlebells, Free Weights & Barbells 

 

🔹Sessions designed and run by a qualified and insured Personal Trainer 

 

🔹Sessions will run at  My Space @ My Place in Bishop Auckland in my backyard (which has high walls on all sides, so it is very secluded) or Online if the weather is bad 

 

All for £60 for the 6 weeks from May 8th - June 12th
