At ParkerFitnessUK, I specialise in helping Mid-Life Woman who are looking to get back into fitness and make healthier lifestyle choices. My goal is to provide the information and support to help you make the changes that will have the greatest impact on your health and wellbeing during this period of your life.

My focus is to motivate, inspire and encourage you along the way to reach and even surpass your fitness goals. I can design fitness programs to fit into your life – create effective workouts that get you results without spending hours a week training. I am fully qualified and specialise in post-natal fitness, as well as martial arts based training. I use my unique training and experience to provide each client with a varied and personal program combining different exercises I have used in my own training.
The sessions are run at a time that suits you and your commitments, and can be purchased in a block booking format. I can come to you or you can train at mine in Bishop Auckland.

For all NEW clients I offer an introductory rate of 4 sessions for £95. After that I run block bookings of 5 consecutive sessions for £140.
