ParkerFitnessUK provides a variety of exercise sessions and classes suitable for

All Fitness Levels


I offer PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS  for those who want a more personalised, tailor-made workout. The sessions can be 1 to 1, for couples/partners or for small groups.

At ParkerFitnessUK, I specialise in helping Mid-Life Woman who are looking to get back into fitness and make healthier lifestyle choices. My goal is to provide the information and support to help you make the changes that will have the greatest impact on your health and wellbeing during this period of your life.


Coming Soon - MenoFit™️ WORKSHOPS - 1/2 day or evening sessions designed to be informal practical events providing information on how to stay active and feel good during the menopause.


I run SMALL GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS for up to 3 people at My Space @ My Place in Bishop Auckland. They are a mix or cardio, core and strength training exercises. 

I run a Pre & Post Natal Fitness Class called BABY ACTIVE - perfect for new mums who want to meet like minded mums and get fit! Plus you can bring your baby/toddler with you, so no hassle arranging childcare. CURRENTLY NOT RUNNING 



My focus is to motivate, inspire and encourage you along the way to reach and even surpass your fitness goals. I can design fitness programs to fit into your life – create effective workouts that get you results without spending hours a week training. I am fully qualified and specialise in post-natal fitness, as well as martial arts based training. I use my unique training and experience to provide each client with a varied and personal program combining different exercises I have used in my own training.

The sessions are run at a time that suits you and your commitments, and can be purchased in a block booking format. I can come to you or you can train at mine in Bishop Auckland.

Come along to my Tea & Talk - an informal discussion about the menopause followed by afternoon tea 


This afternoon is a safe space for women of any age to:

Cross Fit Class


These sessions are perfect for beginners or those that are not comfortable in a gym environment. 

Because there is only 3 of you it's personal like Personal Training but without the cost but the sessions are also like a class as there's more than 1 of you.

The sessions are held in my very secluded backyard in Bishop Auckland Monday - Thursday at a time that suits you.

All equipment is provided all you need to bring in a mat, a drink and lots of Energy!!!

Exercising with Baby


Pre & Post Natal Fitness Classes providing safe, effective exercise suitable for ANY fitness levels to lose baby weight, get fit and feel good – the classes are designed by a mum for mums! No need to worry about childcare you can bring your baby with you; all sites have plenty of FREE parking; no EXTRA costs – you are JUST paying for the class.


All you need to bring is a mat or towel to use on the ground, a drink and of course your baby!!!
