If you are new to exercise here's 3 essential items you'll need:

  1. Comfortable workout clothes: The right clothing can help you move more freely and feel more comfortable during your workout. Choose clothes that are breathable, stretchy, and appropriate for the type of exercise you'll be doing.

  2. Supportive footwear: Good athletic shoes are essential for any type of exercise. They'll help cushion your feet, provide support, and reduce your risk of injury. Choose shoes that are specifically designed for your activity, whether it's running, hiking, or weightlifting.

  3. A reusable water bottle: Staying hydrated is crucial when you're exercising. Make sure you have a water bottle that you can refill, so you can drink water before, during, and after your workout. This will help keep you energised and prevent dehydration.

Also, a motivating playlist: Music can be a great motivator during exercise, so put together a playlist of songs that get you pumped up and ready to move. Whether it's upbeat pop, hip hop, or rock, choose music that makes you feel energised and ready to tackle your workout.

And, a plan: Having a plan can help you stay on track and achieve your fitness goals. Whether it's a workout program, a schedule, or a list of exercises you want to do, having a plan can help you stay accountable and motivated.
